Using the WSI Process to Assess and Plan for Source Water Protection in the Mara River Basin

The Sustainable Water Partnership facilitated a stakeholder-driven collaboration to address water security risks in the Mara River Basin between 2018 and 2020. This case study shows how the Water Security Improvement (WSI) Process can support local communities to address water security challenges through the protection and management of freshwater springs.
