Request for Proposals: Research on Downstream Impacts of SATO Products, Partnership for Better Living

The Partnership for Better Living, a cooperative agreement between USAID and SATO, part of LIXIL, is looking for qualified organizations to assist in developing a low-lift, reliable system for periodic monitoring or market-testing to estimate where, and by whom, SATO products are ultimately being installed and used beyond the point of sale. Desktop research as well as travel to 3 countries (likely India, Bangladesh, and Kenya) are required. An option to extend the consultancy by offering part-time monitoring support for implementation of the recommended system is also included in the scope of work.
