Water Infrastructure Support and Enhancement for Lebanon

Through the Water Infrastructure Support and Enhancement for Lebanon (WISE-Lebanon) program, USAID and Chemonics partnered with regional Lebanese service providers to build capacity in water resources management. By filling water supply network infrastructure gaps and sustainably addressing the growing stress around Lebanon's water demand, this program enhanced service delivery from the country's existing facilities.
WISE-Lebanon not only strengthened the water sector's contribution to the prosperity of the economy, but also improved the health and livelihoods of underserved Lebanese communities.
