Joining Forces - Natural Infrastructure for Water Security

Summary

Scaling up natural infrastructure depends on local leaders, river basin councils, government agencies, universities, companies, civil society, and more.

The Natural Infrastructure for Water Security (NIWS) Project will demonstrate how well-managed natural infrastructure projects in Peru deliver water security benefits and are sustainable, cost-effective, and scalable.

The NIWS project is funded by USAID and the Government of Canada and led by the Invierte Verde Consortium, including Forest Trends, CONDESDAN, SPDA, EcoDecision, and Imperial College London.
