Webinar: Examining Sustainability of a USAID funded WASH Activity in Mozambique

In this webinar, Dr. Kari Nelson presented findings from the sixth in a series of USAID Water Communications and Knowledge Management (CKM) Project ex-post evaluations. This evaluation addresses the Strengthening Communities through Integrated Programming (SCIP) activity in Zambézia Province Mozambique. Implemented from 2009–2015 by World Vision and a consortium of partners, SCIP Zambézia aimed to improve sustainable access to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) within the context of a large-scale integrated health activity.

The evaluation findings address sustainability of water point construction and management, community-led total sanitation, and other approaches to improve WASH service access.
