Summary

This is an independent external evaluation report of the Water Reuse and Environmental Conservation Project (WRECP) funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Jordan.

The WRECP project started on August 1, 2010 and will end on July 30, 2015. The project is being implemented by AECOM. The team comprised one international and two Jordanian experts.

The main objective of the evaluation was to assess the performance of WRECP, identify its successes and weaknesses, and make recommendations on successful project implementation strategies and approaches that could be replicated/utilized by USAID/Jordan in future programs, especially as related to the water sector.
