Integrated Watershed Management Activity: Enabling Collaboration to Improve Water Security

Summary

This case study discusses the implementation of the Integrated Watershed Management Activity (IWMA) by Sustainable Water Partnership in Nepal. IWMA created a customized five-step water security integration process based on the Water Security Improvement Process. IMWA assisted USAID implementing partners in identifying water security integration opportunities in each watershed, developing integration activities, monitoring progress, and documenting lessons learned.
