As originally conceived, Advancing the Blue Revolution Initiative (ABRI) was expected to transform the culture and governance of water in the Middle East and Africa. ABRI‘s mandate was to advance that transformation. This final report outlines how, in its brief three years of implementation, ABRI did exactly that.
