Feed the Future and Water for the World 2021 Photo Contest

A woman at the foot of the snowy Huaytapallana. The Huaytapallana glacier in Junin, Peru, is one-third of its former size. As Peru’s glaciers are lost, NIWS works with public and private partners to conserve and restore other critical ecosystems that serve as natural infrastructure for the country’s water management.
