The Virtual Conference on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) in Schools provides an opportunity to hear the latest research and programming on menstrual health and hygiene from around the world. The conference enables the global sharing of new ideas and essons learned, and connects people working on MHM in schools in a wide range of countries.  This gives online participants an opportunity to network, discuss key issues of relevance for advancing the agenda of MHM in schools, and identify potential future collaborations beyond their usual organizational or geographical boundaries.

As in previous years, the 2019 conference will be convened at the Water Institute at the University of North Carolina’s annual Water & Health Conference (October 7–11, 2019) and streamed live online around the world. The exact date and theme have yet to be determined.

This page will be updated with more information as it becomes available. You can also check the official site: In the meantime, learn more about the 2018 conference, which brought together an estimated 1,300 participants from over 112 countries around the world.
